<h3><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Did It Suck Movie Review:</span> 2.5 Stars     Time: 1hr 48min‎‎     Rated: 14-A</h3>
<p><strong>Saddle-up and ride out into the old west where laser guns be a blaze&#8217;n </strong></p>
<p><em><strong>Cowboys &amp; Aliens</strong></em> is an 2011 American science fiction Western/action film starring <a title="Daniel Craig" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Craig">Daniel Craig</a>, <a title="Harrison Ford" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harrison_Ford">Harrison Ford</a>, and <a title="Olivia Wilde" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olivia_Wilde">Olivia Wilde</a>. The film, directed by <a title="Jon Favreau" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jon_Favreau">Jon Favreau</a>, is based on the 2006 graphic novel of the same name created by <a title="Scott Mitchell Rosenberg" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Mitchell_Rosenberg">Scott Mitchell Rosenberg</a>, which in turn was an expansion of a <a title="Far Side" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Far_Side">Far Side</a> comic by <a title="Gary Larson" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gary_Larson">Gary Larson</a>.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;"><strong>Did It Suck Review:</strong></span> This is by far an old west movie with more Cow than Alien.  This was not a horrible film only that it felt like it could have been a &#8220;made for TV movie&#8221;.  Also, <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joss_Whedon" target="_blank"> Joss Whedon</a> might have been some help on this one, when considering his epic <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firefly_(TV_series)" target="_blank">Firefly TV series</a>.  What I did enjoy about this movie was it had pretty good representation of the Old West and the story side was really good until the aliens got thrown in to the mix.  It was a good try but I&#8217;m going to have to say&#8230; <strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Wait For The DVD</span></strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Just because you&#8217;re a small fry doesn&#8217;t mean you have a small heart.</strong></p>
<p><em><strong>Captain America: The First Avenger</strong></em> is a 2011 American superhero film based on the <a title="Marvel Comics" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marvel_Comics">Marvel Comics</a> character <a title="Captain America" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captain_America">Captain America</a>.  It is the fifth installment of the <a title="Marvel Cinematic Universe" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marvel_Cinematic_Universe">Marvel Cinematic Universe</a>.  The film was directed by <a title="Joe Johnston" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Johnston">Joe Johnston</a>,<span> </span>written by<a title="Christopher Markus" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christopher_Markus">Christopher Markus</a> and <a title="Stephen McFeely" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stephen_McFeely">Stephen McFeely</a>,<span> </span>and stars <a title="Chris Evans (actor)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Evans_(actor)">Chris Evans</a>,<span> </span><a title="Tommy Lee Jones" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tommy_Lee_Jones">Tommy Lee Jones</a>, <a title="Hugo Weaving" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hugo_Weaving">Hugo Weaving</a>, <a title="Hayley Atwell" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hayley_Atwell">Hayley Atwell</a>, <a title="Sebastian Stan" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sebastian_Stan">Sebastian Stan</a>, <a title="Dominic Cooper" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dominic_Cooper">Dominic Cooper</a>, <a title="Neal McDonough" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neal_McDonough">Neal McDonough</a>, <a title="Derek Luke" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Derek_Luke">Derek Luke</a>, and <a title="Stanley Tucci" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanley_Tucci">Stanley Tucci</a>.  The film tells the story of Steve Rogers, a sickly man from <a title="Brooklyn" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brooklyn">Brooklyn</a> who is transformed into super soldier Captain America to help the war effort. However, Captain America must stop <a title="Red Skull" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Skull">Red Skull</a>, Adolf Hitler&#8217;s ruthless head of weaponry and leader of a terrorist organization, who intends to use a mysterious <a title="Cosmic Cube" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cosmic_Cube">tesseract</a> energy-source for world domination.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;"><strong>Did it Suck Review:</strong></span> An excellent film right from the start.  This movie is very well directed; it has an easy to follow story line with enjoyable characters through out.  Most of the action is close to the end of the film and well worth the wait.  This is a well rounded movie that is put together nicely.  I enjoyed this film a lot and I&#8217;m happy to say that it is <span style="color: #ffcc00;"><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Worth a Ticket</span></strong></span>.</p>

<p><strong>When you have big robots helping you defend your planet, it&#8217;s best not to keep them in the dark about things.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Transformers: Dark of the Moon</strong> (also known as <em><strong>Transformers 3</strong></em>) is a 2011 science fiction/action film, part of the <a title="Transformers (film series)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transformers_(film_series)" target="_blank"><em>Transformers</em> film series</a>, directed by <a title="Michael Bay" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Bay" target="_blank">Michael Bay</a> and produced by <a title="Steven Spielberg" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_Spielberg" target="_blank">Steven Spielberg</a>.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;"><strong>Did It Suck?</strong></span> I&#8217;m am so glad that this movie <em>didn&#8217;t suck</em>.  I felt that<em><strong> Transformers 3</strong></em> was better then <strong>#2</strong> in a few different ways.  What I noticed first off is that the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Computer-generated_imagery" target="_blank">CGI</a> was directed much better then before, including, adding in some slow motion effects and keeping things less shaky.  The other important aspect of this film was it felt like they thought the story out and didn&#8217;t try to rush the movie.  The only two things that really disappointed me was, no <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Megan_Fox" target="_blank">Megan Fox</a> and not having a longer roll for <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ken_Jeong#cite_note-usatoday-7" target="_blank">Ken Jeong</a>.  I did see this movie in 3D, but, didn&#8217;t think that it was worth the extra cost. <span style="color: #ff6600;"> Worth A Ticket</span>.</p>

<p><strong><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Did It Suck? </span></strong> Cutting straight to the point, this was a disappointing movie.  It wasn&#8217;t a horrible movie, just that it was lacking in many areas, it had all the firework flash with no bang.  I still enjoyed the film but I felt that the movie was rushed, the story had no meat and there was so little background with characters it was hard to make a connection with any of them.  Seeing this movie in 3D is not worth price, and it&#8217;s just bearly worth a regular ticket so, <strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Wait For The DVD</span></strong>.</p>

<h3><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Did It Suck Movie Review:</span> 4 Stars   Time: 2hr 11min‎‎     Rated: PG</h3>
<p><strong>Sometimes it&#8217;s hard to choose a side when you see the best of both sides</strong></p>
<p><strong>X-Men: First Class </strong>takes you back to the beginnings of Charles and Eric&#8217;s friendship and where mutants start to come out of the wood-work.  <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Professor_X" target="_blank">Charles Xavier</a> and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erik_Lehnsherr" target="_blank">Erik Lehnsherr</a> (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_McAvoy" target="_blank">James McAvoy</a> and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Fassbender" target="_blank">Michael Fassbender</a>), had somewhat normal lives, Pre Professor X and Magneto.  Charles and Eric worked together to help other mutants find their place among the rest of the world.  Charles and Eric&#8217;s close friendship starts to become strained when they discover that they have different ideas on the coexistence of mutants and humans.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Did It Suck? </span></strong> Lots of talk and little action in this movie but it was done well.  Having common knowledge of the X-men is a must if you are going to enjoy this film.  The films focal point surrounds the lives and friendship of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Professor_X" target="_blank">Charles Xavier</a> and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erik_Lehnsherr" target="_blank">Erik Lehnsherr</a> (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_McAvoy" target="_blank">James McAvoy</a> and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Fassbender" target="_blank">Michael Fassbender</a>) before they became Professor X and Magneto.  The movie already had a solid script to go on being a well published comic.  What I was interested to see was how well the actors took to their characters.  I am happy to report that this was a fantastic X-man movie, and arguably, probably the best of the series.  If your not an X-man fan then this movie is not for you.  As much as I liked this movie, and felt I got my monies worth, I have to say <span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>Wait For the DVD</strong></span>.  There is nothing you will miss seeing it at home.</p>

While there, he builds a relationship with scientist <a title="Jane Foster (comics)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jane_Foster_(comics)">Jane Foster</a>.  However, Thor must stop his brother <a title="Loki (comics)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loki_(comics)">Loki</a>, who intends to become the new king of Asgard.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff9900;"><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Did It Suck?</span> </span></strong> I was hopping for more from this film seeing that it is another entry point movie for the upcoming <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Avengers_(2012)" target="_blank">Avengers 2012</a> movie.  Overall I did enjoy the film there were good special effects and some funny enjoyable scenes with <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clark_Gregg" target="_blank">Clark Gregg</a> as Agent Phil Coulson (<a href="http://diditsuck.com/iron-man-2/" target="_blank">Iron Man 2</a>).  It is a story driven film with only some short action sequences.  If you do see this in the theater, please don&#8217;t pay to see this in 3D like I did.  This was not a true 3D film as the movie was converted into 3D after production as opposed to filmed in 3D.   <strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Wait For The DVD</span></strong>.</p>

<p><strong><em>There&#8217;s a whole new world to be discovered and explored, the only limit is set by the user. </em></strong></p>
<p><strong>Tron: Legacy</strong> is a 2010 American science fiction film produced by <a title="Walt Disney Pictures" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walt_Disney_Pictures">Walt Disney Pictures</a>.  It is a sequel to the <a title="1982 in film" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1982_in_film">1982</a> film <em><a title="Tron (film)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tron_(film)">Tron</a></em>.  <a title="Joseph Kosinski" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Kosinski">Joseph Kosinski</a> makes his feature film directorial debut with <em>Tron: Legacy</em>, while the previous film&#8217;s director, <a title="Steven Lisberger" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steven_Lisberger">Steven Lisberger</a>, returns as a producer. <a title="Jeff Bridges" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeff_Bridges">Jeff Bridges</a> reprises his roles as Kevin Flynn and Clu, while <a title="Bruce Boxleitner" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_Boxleitner">Bruce Boxleitner</a> reprises his roles as Alan Bradley and Tron. <a title="Garrett Hedlund" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garrett_Hedlund">Garrett Hedlund</a> portrays Flynn&#8217;s now-adult son, Sam. The other cast members include <a title="Olivia Wilde" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olivia_Wilde">Olivia Wilde</a>, <a title="Beau Garrett" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beau_Garrett">Beau Garrett</a>, and <a title="Michael Sheen" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Sheen">Michael Sheen</a>.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Did It Suck?</span></strong> What made me happy to see in this sequel is that they kept the same look and feel as the original Tron.  Not to say that they didn&#8217;t upgrade the overall imagery,  just that they didn&#8217;t over d0 it, making the world of Tron look only slightly better.  What was disappointing was the story and the 3D effects.  The story was a little flat and I was hoping for more action.  The action bits were finished just as fast as they started leaving you wanting more out of each scene.  This movie was filmed for 3D and graphically was good, however, they made no real effort to capitalize on what could have been the best 3D movie ever.  Overall I was quite happy with the movie and the extra cost for the 3D was still <strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Worth a Ticket</span></strong>. The only question that still remains for me is &#8230; What did they spend that $170 million budget on?</p>

<h3><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Did It Suck</span> Review: 3 Stars   Time: 1hr 52min‎‎     Rated: PG</h3>
<p><strong>Never forget your worth or the place that made you who you are. </strong></p>
<p><em><strong>The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader</strong></em> is a 2010 3D fantasy-adventure film based on <em><a title="The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Voyage_of_the_Dawn_Treader">The Voyage of the Dawn Treader</a></em>, the third published novel in <a title="C. S. Lewis" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C._S._Lewis">C. S. Lewis</a>&#8216;s epic fantasy series <em><a title="The Chronicles of Narnia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Chronicles_of_Narnia">The Chronicles of Narnia</a></em>. It is the third installment in <a title="The Chronicles of Narnia (film series)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Chronicles_of_Narnia_(film_series)"><em>The Chronicles of Narnia</em> film series</a> from <a title="Walden Media" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walden_Media">Walden Media</a>, the first in the series to be distributed by <a title="20th Century Fox" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/20th_Century_Fox">20th Century Fox</a> and the first one to be released in <a title="Digital 3D" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_3D">Digital 3D</a>.</p>
<p>Set a year after the events of the second film, <em><a title="The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Chronicles_of_Narnia:_Prince_Caspian">The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian</a></em>, the two younger Pevensies <a title="Edmund Pevensie" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edmund_Pevensie">Edmund</a> (<a title="Skandar Keynes" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skandar_Keynes">Skandar Keynes</a>) and <a title="Lucy Pevensie" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucy_Pevensie">Lucy</a> (<a title="Georgie Henley" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgie_Henley">Georgie Henley</a>) are transported back to Narnia along with their cousin <a title="Eustace Scrubb" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eustace_Scrubb">Eustace Scrubb</a> (<a title="Will Poulter" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Will_Poulter">Will Poulter</a>). They join the new King of Narnia, <a title="Caspian X" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caspian_X">Caspian</a> (<a title="Ben Barnes (actor)" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ben_Barnes_(actor)">Ben Barnes</a>) in his quest to rescue seven lost lords to save Narnia from a corrupting evil that resides on a dark island. Each character is tested as they journey to the home of the great lion <a title="Aslan" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aslan">Aslan</a> at the far ends of the world.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Did It Suck?</span></strong> I enjoyed this movie a little better then the second movie, but as expected, it fails in comparison to the first film.  A much better performance all around by everyone, the characters were solid and the acting was better in this movie.  For one particular actor I need to say, brilliant  job Mr. <a title="Will Poulter" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Will_Poulter">Will Poulter</a>, I enjoyed your roll the best.  The film making for this adventure was a little slow and I found myself thinking in a British accent&#8230;  &#8221;Come&#8217;on, lets get a move on, I haven&#8217;t got all day&#8221;.  Over all I really enjoyed this movie, I felt the entertainment value wasn&#8217;t too bad, although, I would have rather paid less to see it in 2D.  In my opinion, even though the 3D was good,  the film is not worth paying the extra coin to see it in 3D.  Unless you really liked the first two movies,<span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong> Wait For The DVD</strong></span>.</p>

<p><strong>Revenge is a serious matter in the hands of a fearless man</strong></p>
<p><em><strong>Faster</strong></em> is a 2010 American action film directed by <a title="George Tillman, Jr." href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Tillman,_Jr.">George Tillman, Jr.</a> and written by brothers <a title="Tony Gayton" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tony_Gayton">Tony Gayton</a> and Joe Gayton. <p><strong><span style="color: #ffcc00;">Did It Suck?</span></strong> For anyone looking for a plain old, easy to follow action flick, <em><strong>Faster</strong></em> has it covered.  Nothing exciting or extra ordinary in this film, just some hard hitting action with a simple story that keeps you entertained right to the end.  The only thing I can really complain about in this movie is the typical &#8220;knew that was going to happen&#8217; ending.  Otherwise a good action flick.  Though this movie delivered what it was supposed to, and I felt I got my monies worth, the <strong>Big Screen</strong> is not needed to enjoy this one.  <strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Wait For a The DVD</span></strong> unless your hard up for some action and need a fix.</p>

<p><strong>Aliens are cleaning house and sucking-up people like big vacuums</strong></p>
<p><em><strong>Skyline</strong></em> is a 2010 American alien invasion science fiction film directed and produced by the <a title="Brothers Strause" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brothers_Strause">Brothers Strause</a>. The film was released on November 12, 2010. It stars <a title="Eric Balfour" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Balfour">Eric Balfour</a>, <a title="Scottie Thompson" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scottie_Thompson">Scottie Thompson</a>, <a title="Donald Faison" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Faison">Donald Faison</a> and <a title="David Zayas" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Zayas">David Zayas</a>.<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skyline_(film)#cite_note-3">[4]</a> The Brothers Strause assert that <em><strong>Skyline</strong></em> is the first film in a series, which will include at least one other film.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff6600;">Plot:</span></strong> The movie starts off quickly showing bright blue lights descend from the sky.  Anyone who looks at them is immediately entranced, followed by their eyes going opaque and their blood seemingly burning. After enough exposure, they fly towards the light as if drawn by some unnatural force. [<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skyline_(film)" target="_blank">more here</a>]</p>
<p><span style="color: #ffcc00;"><strong>Did It Suck? </strong></span> Good special effects and a semi-fast paced flow didn&#8217;t help this sorry excuse for a sci-fi movie.  The film had a really nice start, but once the action began, I was still waiting for the move to get going.  It was like watching a race and the story was a car that never gets out of first gear.  I will be shocked if a second movie makes it to the big screen. <span style="color: #ff6600;"><strong>Don&#8217;t Bother</strong></span> with this one,  the previews were more entertaining.</p>
